This option is available on request at night between 7-8 PM, from Mondays to Fridays. A candle light dinner served on our 'esplanada' overlooking the orange valley and the pool area. Dinner consists of seasonal fresh and local treats, cold and hot, cooked at Gato Preto de Silves: veggies veloutee', Algarvian salad, goat cheese, black pork's meats from Monchique hills, savory tartlets, home-made pate', chutneys, a dessert. The proposal includes a bottle of wine, a glass of an home-made liquor, water and bread.  Minimum 2 pax.

The Algarvian Basket, a treat on your arrival date

In the mood for a cozy and tasty light dinner on your private terrace? You've just arrived and don't want to go our for dining around? Then our 'Algarvian Basket' is the right thing for you: home-made pate', black pork raw ham and 'paio', mature goat milk cheese, Algarvian salad and carrots 'a' moda do Algarve', fish/meat or veggie tartlets and many or the fresh local treats, both hot and cold. Vegetarian and Vegan option available.

Dine on a Gastronomic Menu of traditional Algarve fish , vegetables and meat "Petiscos", small portions each with a contemporary twist and paired with Portuguese wines. As you dine, we'll enjoy talking about our experience in the Algarve, people, food, culture and curiosities. In fact, the best conversations start at a table. You'll leave with a full belly and a deeper understanding of the region!

Since we take particular care to select ingredients which are in season, purchasing from local and organic growers, our menu, highlighting mediterranean cuisine, changes weekly. Vegetarian and vegan options available on request.
